At the Conrad can I take as the IRFP450 (http://www.conrad.de/goto.php?artikel=162656) there are no IRFP460? but buying also equal an ICL7667 the 555 is too weak to drive the IRFP. The circuit thus does not change or?
There's even a IRFP460?
Selbs Reichelt has not. So I started then today with this, doesnt the beeper (low humming?), but does nothing to the SPC.
The housing of the 450 and 460 is the same or not?
